G&S Home Services was founded by Ramsey Ghandour and Joe Sample - two lifelong Guelph locals with a shared passion for home maintenance and a strong appreciation for doing things the right way. After building hands-on experience in the trades and later spending time in the corporate world, we saw an opportunity to return to what we enjoyed most — working directly with people, solving real problems, and taking pride in a job well done.
We started G&S with a simple mission: offer reliable, high-quality services that property managers and homeowners can trust. From day one, we’ve built our business on being responsive, detail-oriented, and easy to work with. As locals, we care about the communities we serve — and whether it’s a single driveway or a multi-unit building, we bring the same level of care and professionalism to every project.
